About Aleksandra
Aleksandra is a Founding partner at Litričin law firm which specialises in public procurement law, public-private partnerships, concessions and international procurement, including PRAG rules. Her vast experience includes advising a great variety of domestic and international clients on the most complex procurements projects in the market.
Aleksandra is often engaged as an expert in a number of projects related to pre-accession negotiations with the European Union, as well as in drafting analyzes and offers for various state bodies, international organizations and non-governmental sector aimed at improving the institutional and legal framework of public procurement, public-private partnerships and concessions, utilities and organizational structure of institutions.
Aleksandra’s professional experience and strong background have given her unique insight on procurement issues that few can match. Her professional experience includes working in various positions at the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures,
which enforces rights in the fields of public procurement, public-private partnerships and concessions. She was also a member of Serbia’s EU accession negotiating team on Chapter 5, which includes public procurement, public-private partnerships and concessions, and was involved as an associate in the drafting of Serbia’s Negotiating Position on Chapter 5 – Public Procurement. Additionally, as a member of the working party of Serbia’s European Integration Office, Aleksandra was in charge of technical proofreading of the translated EU Directives governing public procurement in the public utility sector.
Aleksandra has authored numerous publications and academic papers on the topic of public procurement, public-private partnerships and concessions. She worked on drafting the Comment on current Law on Public-Private Partnerships and Concessions and Comment on new Public Procurement Law from 2019, as well. She is a regular speaker at events regarding public procurement and frequently participates in trainings and seminars on the topic, accredited by the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA).
