Harmonisation of the Law on Public-Private Partnerships and Concessions with the Concessions Directive 2014/23/EU

New Public Procurement Law enacted by Serbia’s National Assembly
Deputies at the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia are currently debating the draft new Public Procurement Law, which is set to be passed in next months. Once enacted, the new Law will introduce significant changes to the existing public procurement rules at all levels of its application.
