The new Rulebook of the contents of Register of bidders and documentation to be attached to the application to register a bidder entered into force on 29th February 2020., and is effective as of 1st March 2020.
The new Law on Public Procurement was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia No. 91/19 of December 24th 2019.
