
Training on the Implementation of the Public Procurement Law for Bidders
USAID Government Accountability Initiative (GAI) and the Serbian Bidders Association organized trainings for implementation of the Public Procurement Law for bidders in public procurement procedures. Online trainings were held by Saša Varinac and Aleksandra Litričin in October, November and December 2021.
The goal of trainings was to enhance capacities of bidders towards more successful, effective, and efficient participation in public procurement procedures, as well as to resolve any uncertainties that bidders may have in everyday public procurement practices. The trainings covered some of the following topics: qualitative selection criteria, using of capacities of subcontractors, submission of joint bids, submitting evidence on fulfillment of selection criteria and responsibilities in procurement contract implementation, use of the public procurement portal for bidders – preparation and submission of bids, submitting questions, submission of evidence, initiation of bidder’s rights protection procedure and similar.
