CPES / Association of Professionals in Public Procurement – Final Conference “Public Procurement in Serbia: Lessons, Messages and Key Findings”
The Center for Applied European Studies (CPES) and the Association of Public Procurement Professionals organized a series of seminars, conferences and discussions on the efficiency of the public procurement system in Serbia. Final Conference was held on 16 December 2021 in Belgrade.
Topics that have stood out over time are EU accession process, the legal and institutional framework in the fight against corruption, the current state and potential of competent institutions, but also the role of professional associations and the public in preventing corruption in public procurement. Special attention is paid to the issue of monitoring the execution of contracts, as one of the main measures for preventing and combating corruption in public procurement.
