Public Finance Counselling

Aleksandra Litričin, attorney at law and public procurement expert, gave a lecture at the Public Finance Counselling which was organised by the Public Finance Office to discuss the new Public Procurement Law and PPP and Concessions.  The Counselling was attended by more than 90 participants from local and central government bodies, provincial secretariats, public enterprises and direct and indirect budget spending units. The lectures addressed current issues in the fields of budget operations, data protection, financial management and control system, public procurement and PPP and Concessions.

The event focused on the new Public Procurement Law. It provided the participants with an opportunity to learn about the new terminology and exemptions from the Law, as well as novelties in the public procurement process. Interactive discussion allowed the participants to clear any dilemmas they may have had on the subject of public procurement and the new Law.

Apart from Aleksandra, Saša Varinac and Branimir Blagojević also gave a lecture at Counselling.
