Comment on the New Public Procurement Law

On December 23^rd 2019. the new Law on Public Procurement was enacted by Serbia’s National Assembly. The new Law was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia No. 91/19 of 24 December 2019. and entered into force on January 1^st 2020. PPL is effective as of July 1^st 2020. According to available informations, postponement of implementation of the Law is not expected. For easier and more efficient adjustment of contracting authorities, bidders and professional public to the new solutions of the Public Procurement Law, a team of authors, including attorney at law Aleksandra Litricin, prepared a Comment on the Public Procurement Law published by Paragraf Lex doo Belgrade.
