Public Finance Counselling

Aleksandra Litričin, attorney at law and public procurement expert, gave lectures at the Public Finance Counselling which was organized by the Public Finance Office to discuss the new Public Procurement Law.  The Counselling, which took place from 15 to 18 September 2020, was attended by participants from local and central government bodies, provincial secretariats, public enterprises, direct and indirect budget spending units, private companies. The lectures addressed current issues in the field of public procurement, but also topics from the following areas: Budget for the next 2021 – guidelines for preparation and improvement of the program budgeting model, with reference to budget planning in the current situation – Covid 19, internal audit and improvement of financial management and control.

The event focused on the new Public Procurement Law and Public Procurement Portal. It provided the participants with an opportunity to learn about all novelties in the public procurement process. Interactive work on Public Procurement Portal and discussion allowed the participants to clear any dilemmas they may have had on the subject of public procurement, new Law and Public Procurement Portal.

Besides Aleksandra, Saša Varinac and Branimir Blagojević, Attorneys at Law, also gave lectures on this Councelling.
