Mechanisms for Improving Competition in Public Procurement in the Process of Accession to the European Union
Aleksandra Litricin, lawyer and public procurement expert, gave a lecture at the conference within the project “Mechanisms for Improving Competition in Public Procurement in the EU Accession Process”. The project is implemented with the financial assistance of the European Union within the larger project “Prepare for participate”, which are jointly conducted by the Center for European Policies, the National Alliance for Local Economic Development and the Center for Contemporary Politics, through the European Western Balkans portal. The meeting held on October 2, 2020, was attended by experts in the field of public procurement, competition protection, representatives of bidders, procuring entities and the media. After the topics on competition were presented, a panel discussion “Mechanisms for Improving Competition” was held.
Besides Aleksandra, Mr. Čedomir Radojčić, a member of the Council of the Commission for Protection of Competition, Mr. Dragan Dobrašinović, President of the Toplički Center for Democracy and Human Rights and representatives of Tenderi doo Kragujevac also gave lectures at this gathering.
