Application of the New Rulebook of the contents of Register of bidders

Minister of finance regulated the contents of the Register of bidders and of documentation to be attached to the application to register a bidder. Rulebook entered into force on 29th February 2020., and is effective as of March 1st 2020., when previous Rulebook cease to have effect. It shall be deemed that the economic entity registered in the Register of bidders shall not have the exclusion grounds referred to in Article 111, paragraph 1, points 1) and 2) of Public Procurement Law.

The deadline for harmonization of economic operator and entrepreneurs with the new Law on Public Procurement and the Register of Bidders expires on July 1, 2020. Economic operators and entrepreneurs who do not renew their registration in the Register of bidders according to the provisions of the new Law on Public Procurement by July 1, 2020, shall be deleted from the Register of bidders ex officio.
