A consultation session entitled “Novelties and the Application of General and Financial Regulations in the Public and Private Sector”, was organized by Paragraf in Palić, 22-25 September, 2019. At this occasion, the leading experts gave lectures on this topic, among which was Aleksandra Litričin, attorney-at-law and public procurement expert.
Aleksandra, who was the former secretary of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement, presented the conditions for participation in the procedure – grounds for exclusion and criteria for selection of a business entity according to the Draft Law (fulfillment of conditions – its defining and proving).
