Fourth meeting of Public Procurement Network under SCTM

Within the Project “Institutional support SCTM – faze three”, supported by the Government of Switzerland, on November 29th 2019., the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities organised Fourth meeting of Public Procurement Network. Main topics were key changes and novelties proposed by new Public Procurement Law, significant for contracting authorities on local level, with recommendations on how to overcome obstacles encountered in these procedures.

Aleksandra Litričin, attorney at law and public procurement expert, presented on current issues and novelties in the field of public procurement, by individual topics.

Apart from Aleksandra, Branimir Blagojević also gave a lecture at the Meeting regarding novelties in Proposal of Public Procurement Law.
