New Law on Public Procurement enacted by Serbia’s National Assembly

On December 23^rd 2019. the new Law on Public Procurement was enacted by Serbia’s National Assembly. The new Law was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia No. 91/19 of 24 December 2019. and entered into force on January 1^st 2020. PPL is effective as of July 1^st 2020.
