Resolving doubts and advices for proper implementation – the new Public Procurement Portal and the new Law on Public Procurement

Aleksandra Litričin, attorney at law and public procurement expert, gave lectures at the Public Procurement Seminar which was organized by the Public Finance Office to discuss the new Public Procurement Law.  The Seminar, which took place on 30^th October 2020, was attended by participants from local and central government bodies, provincial secretariats, public enterprises, direct and indirect budget spending units, private companies. The lectures addressed current issues in the field of public procurement, focused on the new Public Procurement Portal.

Interactive work on Public Procurement Portal and discussion allowed the participants to clear any dilemmas they may have had on the subject of public procurement, new Law and Public Procurement Portal.

Besides Aleksandra, Saša Varinac and Branimir Blagojević, Attorneys at Law, also gave lectures on Workshops.
